Following the rulings of the Audiencia Nacional confirming the Milk Cartel, and the period during which it operated, thousands of farmers affected by the anti-competitive practices of the cartelised dairy companies will be able, on a reasonably conservative interpretation of current legislation, to complain until 24 September.<\/p>\n\n\n

We wanted to pay a personal visit to the livestock farmers who have placed their trust in us, Galicia being one of the regions most affected by the Milk Cartel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The response of the livestock farmers to the decisions of the Audiencia Nacional (National Court) confirming the cartel has been very positive. For them, the motivation for this claim goes beyond the economic aspect, it is the confirmation by the Spanish justice system of an anti-competitive practice carried out by the cartelised companies which, at present, continue to deny what happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
