New deadline to claim against the Milk Cartel

According to the press release published by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) resolving the preliminary question raised by the Provincial Court of León, still pending the full judgment, the deadline is extended so that thousands of farmers affected by the Milk Cartel, who did not initiate the procedures to claim their compensation in 2020, can now join this collective claim against the dairy industry.
