ESKARIAM participates in two class actions against Apple and Google in Portugal
With its incursion in Portugal, ESKARIAM extends its activity to the neighbouring country, with a high interest in the development of collective litigation through the opt-out class action system, which we hope will eventually be implemented in Spain thanks to the transposition of Directive (EU) 2020/1828.
