Victory for the livestock sector advised by ESKARIAM: the Audiencia Nacional confirms the Milk Cartel

In doing so, the Administrative Chamber of the Audiencia Nacional corroborates the exchange of information carried out by the cartelised dairy industries on the selling prices of raw cow’s milk, seriously undermining the freedom of negotiation of dairy farmers.  

Our involvement in the defence of the livestock sector, especially with our participation in the National Court, in collaboration with the international law firm HAUSFELD and under the legal direction of HITCHINGS & CO. has been crucial in this procedure and has been echoed in the main general, economic, legal and agri-food media at national and regional level. 

Headlines with great repercussion in our country such as ABC, El Confidencial, El Español and El Diario.es have reported on this ruling and have asked us about its transcendence in the livestock sector.
